TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The promoter is Novare Lekki.
• Registration is open to children from the ages of 13 years that reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Judges’ decision is final and no negotiations will be entered into.
• Employees of Novare Lekki, their close relatives, partners and anyone otherwise connected with the organization is not allowed to enter the competition.
• By registering, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Registration period may be extended at the discretion of the Promoter.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Eligible participants will be notified either telephonically, via SMS or email.
• To register, participants must complete the registration form at Novare Lekki mall or via the website http://novare-lekki.com/competition-registration/
• The prize total for the winners will be a share of N100 000. in Novare Lekki Vouchers.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason.
• Participants and winners consent to their photos being used on Novare Lekki’s social media platforms and publicity materials.
• Aside from the cash prizes, winners will not receive further compensation or remuneration for pictures used in marketing materials.
• Only one application and act per person will be considered for the competition, multiple application per person will result in automatic disqualification.
• If an entrant misses their slot their entry will become void.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Obscene and Vulgar or immoral acts will not be allowed
• The use of machetes, knives, fire or pyrotechnics will not be permitted. Any objects used in acts may not be thrown off the performance stage.
• The entries will have various rounds of selection, wherein if a candidate is rejected once, he /she will not be allowed to come back and re-enter.
• The prize is not transferable, if you are declared the winner, you shall be required to submit a valid proof of identity.
• The vouchers will have expiry date and must be spent before this date.
